Scope and Content: ‘Visage’ is a work produced in 2020. It was first exhibited at the 21st Department of Fine Arts Graduation Exhibition ‘Crown Shyness’, held from December 21, 2020 to January 21, 2021, at Korea National University of Arts. Wooden beams lean together in a triangular formation. One beam is painted blue and has three-dimensional letters spelling ‘OLLINGE’ attached to it. Another beam bears a label indicating the wood type (WALNUT) and its original dimensions (60 × 60 × 1500 cm). At the vertex where the three beams meet, a smartphone device is suspended by thread, through which a video is displayed. The title is derived from a specific part of the human body.
